PHS Eblast & Website Procedures

The Paschal eblast will be distributed once a week, on Tuesday mornings at 8:00 a.m.

1. Submit information for the eblast to phswebsite@hotmail.com by Friday at 7:00 p.m.
2. Compose your own message. Include the dates you’d like the information included in the eblast. No need to make it pretty. The goal is for us to cut and paste your message into the eblast.
3. If you want to include images or flyers, send them in jpg, gif, or png format only.  PDF format is not acceptable.
4. Forms must be uploaded to the PHS website. A clickable link to your form can be added to the eblast, but the form itself cannot be added to the eblast.
5. Submit forms, calendar items, and information for the PHS website to phswebsite@hotmail.com.
